The challenge
Different disciplines need different information. When expectations sit across calls, messages, and files, the team can work hard without working toward the same outcome.
My contribution
I translate conversations into trackable tasks, connect feedback to the relevant deliverable, and coordinate across design, motion, video, and web contributors. I keep client updates connected to the work the team is actually doing.
The working method
Start with the agreed scope. Break the work into deliverables. Give each task an owner, a status, and a useful reference. Bring decisions and open questions into the next review so changes are intentional.
What good delivery looks like
The team can see what is ready, what is waiting, and what needs a decision. Progress is understood through the work and its dependencies, rather than a reassuring status label alone.
This working method is illustrated by the named project examples below. Creative execution is credited to the wider project team.
