The challenge
Tasks, assets, and decisions can drift apart as a project grows. A tracker is only useful when its status and supporting links match what is happening in the team.
My contribution
I build and maintain project trackers, prepare review rhythms, organize reference links, and assemble handover documents. I support team coordination with clear priorities and follow-through.
The working method
Use consistent statuses, attach relevant files to the task itself, and review open work against meeting decisions. At handover, organize deliverables so the next team can find and use them.
What a useful system looks like
Someone joining the project can understand its current state. A team member can locate the latest reference. The person receiving the handover can continue without reconstructing every conversation.
This working method is illustrated by the named project examples below. Creative execution is credited to the wider project team.
